Unfortunately the support system sent out an answer about Reindeer day to most tickets submitted over the last two days.

We have hopefully recovered all of the tickets, and hope to have them all answered by the end of the day.  If you do not receive an answer in the next 12 hours then please reply to your ticket and it will be reactivated.

It appears as though the quests from 5/4's Callie's Job pack will not start. Dogstone starts his conversation but will not allow the quest to start. We're working on it and will get a fix out quickly.

The following steps have worked for some users, though it appears they will not work for all users:

1) Go through the Ravenskye link on this page:http://apps.facebook.com/sixwaves/?ref=ts

2) Turn off secure browsing in facebook:

Facebook > Account Settings > Security > Uncheck Secure Browsing Option

Now that most of you have had a few days to check out the new pack, it’s time to tell us what you think before the rest of the changes are implemented to the existing content.

Some of features include:

• 3 of the new materials drop from vines.  Gold Spoons are drop only
• The overall number of materials needed are lower

New Changes:

• Even more wall posts are gone!  Most types of posts can only be posted once per day or session.  Hopefully your wall is no longer being taken over by posts for rewards you don’t need or collect!

Remember you can send two gifts per day to each neighbour.  One from an incomplete building or quest and one from the free gift tab.

Let us know what you think?   Do more things need to drop?  Does regrowth need to be turned up?  Do more things need to come from rocks?  Is energy a huge problem?

It's time to make your voice heard!  The old material gifting system is out; new changes are coming. 

Some variations include:

a)     Making all the gift-only materials drop in game, but making the four dropped items become gift-only.  The four dropped materials are coils of rope, canvas, levonium mortar, and box of nails.

b)     Make all building materials drop in game – but then what would be gifted?  Would you need your friends to send “goodwill” to finish buildings?  Would only energy be gifted?  Or powers?  Would you be happy with all materials being gifted so your friends could just help you finish faster?  Post your ideas in the comments!

c)     Would some materials drop, but others need to be grown and crafted?  Maybe seeds could come from gifting?  Or else gifts could be used to speed up crafting
