There have been numerous reports of gifting not working correctly. That includes but is not limited to gifts that are sent but are not received, gifts showing up in the game requests but not the Message center, the free gift tab not working, and Send a Gift Back buttons not appearing. 

We are investigating these issues and are working to fix them as soon as possible.
