I am sick and tired of RAVENSKYE not wanting to load. It seems as long as I have money in credits, it loads just fine, but when I've used up all the money, that's where it won't load. I AM NOT A POCKET LINER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Either fix it, or I will stop playing this game. This seems to be a money gimmick.

i have a problem only one of my farm building did unlock so i cant get any further there,i have done the quests that i had on my left hand side screen, and i have had no quest to do for over a week now. and i cant get any further in the game its so frustrating! please help!!!! thank you jenny.

Museum Blueprints:  There is only four Museum Blueprints showing in the games storage.

One of the Blueprints was not credited when the quest had been completed.

You might have a harddrive failure on one of your servers.

I would recommend checking the computers for any hardware failures first, before checking the game.

Start Crafting Nightskye Flowers

Hi, I had already crafting nightskye flowers and 5 minutes later there is sign that the game error so I must reload it. After that event, Nightskye Flowers are still crafting but on the Quest no sign "complete" on Start Crafting Nightskye Flowers. How should I do? Please help me...thank you

I was using 1 of the 11 gold axes when the game error appeared and said I had to reload it.  Afterwards, I ended up with only 9 gold axes and no energy when I had 4 units of energy.  What happened?  Please return my axes and energy!  Thanks.

Have had a problem with Sraw Hat For Tony Quest for over a week. Will not disappear after complete and wont let me move on to new quest. Also no one will answer my plea for help, it just continues to say waiting to assigned to an operator for over a week!

I'm having problems with a ravenskye peak quest called reminders. Every time i try and place one of the mini totems it says, sorry something went wrong. Please click okay to reload. Anyone got any ideas how to resolve this please

I have had the same problem the quest - Straw hat for Tony for weeks. I love this game but I wish this problem would resolve. It just seems like I cant get further until this is done. So sad that ANY game has to be so addicting !!!!!

AGAIN !!!!!!! I finished the straw hats for ANNIE, and it was completed and I cant move on. CANT the PROBLEM just be fixed. Why would I want to play a game that I cant CONTINUE !!!!!!!!!!!

The quest is completed. Messages that show up in the quest, butdid not continue. Help me with this problem off into a new game islost.

I have the museum blueprint problem too.

Only four blueprints in the storage, but the quest says the blueprint collecting is finished and I get the bonus every time i login as described.

Oh and today Marie had a question mark above her, and she told me how wonderful it was that we already got a museum

When are they going to fix these problems i cant get on with the blueprints as in storage it says i have 3 yet it keeps saying i have completed it......NOT

I have problems in ravenskye  peak i have only decorations to put in there no building to put there. and is there any more quests to do? please sort this. thanks jenny.

My blueprint quest shows 5 blueprints obtained, but if you go to my storage it only shows 4....maybe that's why it's not clearing.....just sayin'

I never completed Nick's quest 5 & 6 concerning moving & repairing the workshop and now that I'm finished with making flowers there are no more active quests for me since that quest for Nick was never completed. I need to find out how to finish this so I can move on to Tony's Farm, Fowler's Mill, etc. Please help someone cause being on level 34 I really want to continue to play this game and I'm stuck.

I have placed my bug report on Nov 16th, and that was almost a week after the bug first came up.  Mine is for the "Power of Gustone", I have now completed every mission that I possibly can. I have built everything that doesn't require a quest, I have nothing left to do on this game except build up my materials to their limits, which I have already maxed out on at least half of them.  I am beginning to get really bored so figure it out, and do something quickly so I can move on.

I HAVE BEEN STUCK ON NATE'S QUEST SINCE OCT 10 AND THEY STILLHAVEN'T FIX IT FOR ME YET. ALL I GET IS THEY ARE WORKING ON IT AND THEN THE NEXT THING I AM BEING TOLD THEY MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED BUT FOR SOME REASON MY GAME DOESN'T KNOW IT SO I STAY STUCK. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SOME OF THE QUEST BUT NOTHING BUT DECORATIONS OR BUILDING SO I GO FORWARD BY ANSWERING MY NEIGHBORS GIFTING OR VISITING THEM AND COLLECT ONLY COINS. IF ANYONE GETS THEY GAME FIX PLEASE EMAIL ME SO MAYBE YOUR FIX WILL FIX MY GAME ALSO. THANKS

Will you ever have a fix for this. It is getting quite irritating not being able to move on to other missions.

This is my city. Again, I put the complaint about the mission of Nike, I'm in category 19, level 39 Ravenskye City, with 4 workshops being collected almost daily, and the mission does not appear to have been met. I'll end up blocking the game, but I want play the game. you do not have a solution to this problem for me?

Seems to me there are a ton of issues that DO NOT get resolved. Does anyone even look at this??????? I give up its been weeks that I have continued to play a game that you cant get anywhere with. I QUIT !!!!!!!!!!

the stupid game just wont load just when they get you hooked it dont wanna work...not a good way of keeping people on your games fix the problems please

i have had a problem with museum blue prints for over a week, and cannot get any furthur....please sort it out.

My issue has been with the city charter stones and was constanly reloading when I first logged in to the game but I could still play now it has added visiting neighbors to the problem and will not even let me play anymore just wants to reload all the time sent in an error report but have nothing from them guess the problems of a few aren't enough to get them off their collective asses when they have 6 million people that are perfectly happy it's poor costumer service on their part and they should be ashamed of themselves

ADD THE SHIPWRECK QUEST TO THAT LIST

I've been playing for about a month now, and that quest will not complete even though it says I have it done. It reloads every time I log in.

I am having a problem also with the straw hat quest. i also tried chopping down more plants as suggested to find more bales of straw, but no more are forthcoming, if i carry on chopping, i will soon run out of things to chop.

Also is there another way of collecting the Gustone, which is needed to complete buildings, as i am finding it difficult to get them. comments and help would be much appreciated.

In straw hat for tony quest I am only showing 3 out of the 4 straws needed but since the quest is showing complete I can not acquire any more straw no matter how many vines I chop.

Can't you just add the extra staw to our storage so this problem will go away?

ADDING THE SHIPWRECK QUEST TO THAT LIST (CONT')

As much as I love to see progress...

I can know accept the quest from the shipwreck but as soon as I click on to the next mission it reloads. and keeps reloading saying "there is an error" or " there is to many errors and i ts going to reload."  

please Help
